At The Chair Cover Company we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
UK Main land:
Under £50: £5.95 (Next Day Service)
Over £50: Free Delivery (Next Day Service)
Saturday & Sunday Anytime: £11.99
Saturday & Sunday Nominated Time: £19.99
Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland:
Under £100: £15.95 (2-3 Days Delivery)
Over £100: Free Delivery (2 Days Service)
Under 15KG (weight): £14.99
Over 20kg (weight): £19.99
+ 80p for each additional KG
UK Main Land Shipping Details:
- If you place your order before 2pm, Monday to Thursday and we have your items in stock, we'll despatch the same day for next working day's delivery.
- If you place an order after 2pm we'll despatch the following day.
- Items ordered after 2pm Friday will be despatched Monday.
- Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.
- Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Weekend Shipping Details:
- For £11.99 you can opt for a weekend delivery
- For an additional £8 you can select a nominated time to receive your weekend delivery
- To qualify for a weekend delivery orders must be placed before 2pm on a Friday (assuming items are in stock)
The Chair Cover Company stock levels are constantly updated to maintain live stock levels but demand can sometimes be high and we occasionally run out of popular items. we have run out of stock and can't despatch your order within the next 2 working days, we'll email or call you with a revised despatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order - as you wish.
Our standard courier is DPD.
All orders are shipped for next day delivery Monday – Friday (depending on stock) and require a signature on receipt. If no-one is home a delivery card will be left with details of the next delivery attempt and contact number of the local depot. If you would like your order to be “left safe” on your property should no one be home, please specify details in the comments as you check out.
The Chair Cover Company reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.
Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such. The Chair Cover Company cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition with the packaging and tags intact for a full refund (minus postage and packaging) within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please bear in mind items that are "not wanted" or ordered in customer error (i.e. wrong size/colour) will be charged postage.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
